Adelina Iliev
Adelina Iliev was born in Burgas, Bulgaria, and graduated in architecture in Sofia. In 1991 she moved to London and worked for a number of interior design practices before her passion for photography took over several years ago.
Along with her design work, Adelina regularly contributes pictures to travel magazines, international image banks and does architectural photography.

Dr Sascha Peters , haute innovation
haute innovation in Berlin is a consulting and development firm focussing on new materials. The company was started by Dr. Sascha Peters who has a background in engineering as well as design. With his expertise in research and development as well as business, he has the know-how to successfully bring an innovative materials technology to market.
Since 1997 Sascha has been working on numerous projects for companies such as Roche, Bayer MaterialScience, Deutsche Telekom and KUKA. He not only consults companies on innovative technologies, but also advises on communication strategy and innovation management.
Sascha is the author of numerous publications on innovative materials as well as production processes such as Springer Handbuch für technisches Produktdesign (Springer Handbook for Technical Product Design; currently only available in German). He is a renowned materials expert in the context of sustainability. He regularly writes in magazines such as form on materials and talks on topics such as materials, innovation, creativity management, design, sustainability and product development.
Y-TOWN
Y-TOWN was founded in Shanghai by some of the top Chinese product designers with a German educational background. The team constantly investigates the boundaries between aesthetics and human needs, as well as the interaction between design and everyday life. Jan Seyberth
Jan worked for nine years at IDEO in the US, UK and Germany in a senior design and project management role and at the end of 2008 started his own design consultancy in Chicago. He focuses on projects which improve either the health of people or the health of the environment. As an Industrial Designer by training he has led projects in many industries developing business opportunities based on users' needs and translating them into successful products.

Energy Consulting is a young, creative and entrepreneurial team from the Allgäu region in southern Germany. The team has a high level of inter-disciplinary competence in the areas of: Energy optimisation of production processes, technical building and construction equipment, thermal building skin and construction technology, electric engines and drives and industrial energy production units.

Martin Hoenle, M.HAUS
thequietriot.com is the idea of Martin Hoenle. He is based in London and developed the concept and started the website.
Over the last ten years Martin has worked with the international design agencies IDEO and Ziba Design in design and business strategy, design marketing, design management and innovation.
He has been working with clients ranging from technology start-ups to big corporations such as BMW, Orange, Vodafone, Mercedes Benz, P&G, Novartis and Hewlett Packard.
Over the last two years he built a house, went back to school, did some research and consulting and thought about design. Seeing what is going on around us and the way the markets are developing he decided to initiate thequietriot.com.
